Beansprouts stir fry (super simple) So I had some beansprouts that I had to use as they were approaching the sell by date, and decided to prepare it as simple an quick as possible. The result was pretty good. Sometimes less is more. Ingredients: Sesame oil (or any oil you prefer) Beansprouts 1 shallots (or 1/2 onion) Spring onion Soy sauce Preparation: Saute the shallots (or onions) in the sesame seed oil on a wok for a minute or until you can smell its nice fragrance. Add the bean sprouts and fry for about 5 minutes until they start to get tender but still crunchy. Add the spring onion and shoyu to taste and cook for a further minute. That's it! Surely there are lots of room for improvements but this is quick, simple and tasty. Enjoy.
